I also have this problem on a Windows 10 (Lenovo Thinkpad with an Intel i7).
I un-installed DJI Assistant but after a re-install, I got the same error message.
I am getting errors in Windows 10 when I try to copy over my video files with a SanDisk Extreme Plus 64 GB --
File Explorer can read the SD card and shows the file list. But when I try to copy it, I get the error, and a suggestion that I should format the card on the PC. The videos can be...
I’m trying to do the same thing ... except that I lost my iPad with the DJI app. I replaced the iPad and would like to be able to import the old flight logs on my new setup.
I read about the DJI Assistant which can download flight logs from the drone and copy them to a PC or Mac but I can’t...
Hey Westchester is part of the Hudson Valley and there are lots of great places. Here is one of the parks. Like most parks on a nice weekend afternoon, there are plenty of people but there are also spots where you can fly in peace. VE Macy Park is in Ardsley, right off the Saw Mill Parkway...

Any ideas why they don’t...
I would love to learn of any places in NYC... parks or otherwise... where I could fly but this statement on the NYC.gov site is pretty clear...

I was told by one of the clerks in the DJI store in Manhattan that it is against NYC law to fly anywhere in the city and the fine is $10K.
A few weeks ago an idiot in Staten Island crashed his drone into a military helicopter at 400 ft and it was widely reported in the media so don’t expect the...
A good place to fly in Westchester County: Croton Point Park. It's on the Hudson River and no restrictions. It will be crowded on summer weekend days when the weather is nice but on a Saturday in October, I was able to stay away from the visitors by walking to the south end. This shot is looking...
I'm in Westchester but a little farther south. I was thinking of driving up to Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. Do you know if they have any restrictions on "model airplanes" -- someone told me that Westchester County parks post this restriction. I didn't see it mentioned on the Pound Ridge website...
