Crashed the mavic 2 air. Did not have the dji refresh. Paid DJI around $500 to fix it. Can I now get DJI refresh on the repaired/replacement DJI will send me? Thanks

So disappointing to hear this about the goggles not being supported. It is listed on the FAQ on the mavic air 2 page as not being compatible.

Just got the crystalsky and transferred all of the photos from the mavic sd card to another sd card on the crystal sky. Now took the crystalsky sd with all the content over to the ipad with an sd connector. Do not see the import button. Do the files need to be in a certain folder for iOS on the...

If you dont have a Mavic 2, that cheap wire wont work. Cheapest option is about 39 dollars for a phantom 4 knockoff or for the osmo dji charger.

Hate reviving this old thread but just got a crystal sky. Are there any newer/cheaper aftermarket chargers or is the Osmo charger the best for the money? Thanks

I just went through this process. I do have a video camera and tripod, my video was not great... on and off of tripod when needed, in and out of focus but I just went through the checklist and did the best I could. Video was about 14 mins long. Received email yesterday that it was approved.

Tried using a macbook but couldnt get the dji assistant 2 to load. Then I hooked up a new monitor to my PC and sure enough the calibration went through and the error cleared. Now need to figure out why it wont reset to factory defaults.

Love em! Just tried out the new design for the rears and the front mounts as well. Much easier to put on compared to the original design and feels secure. I have a slight concern about fatigue/how they will hold up over time when snapping them on and off because they do have to flex ever so...
