Yes. No sats. Lifted of in my living room. Flew a few minutes and set down. I was surprised. I get the warming of alt limits.

Discovered my issue. When aircraft is unused for a long period of time .. Weeks or a month...I discovered the batteries go into deep hybernation and need to be recharged through the aircraft not the charging block. I still have no sats after 15 minutes inside my home, but I can still take off...

Ok. 7 sats. I guess I don't remembering it taking so looong the last time I flew. I will try again and give it plenty of time.

I wonder if the batyeries wrnt inyo hybernation mode. If they did should I recharge them through the aircraft as I did when the aircraft was new? I recharged then on the charging block.

After 6 weeks of no flying I powered up my mavic 3, did the updates and now the quad will not fly. Power is on. Paired to controller but no response from stick inputs to spin up the blades. Any ideas?

I have plenty of ammo boxes for longer term storage.😊

Iwant to thank everyone for responding here.. I have a followup question. Is it safe...good practice, to leave a battery in the drone between flights...not long term...or should batteries always be stored otherwise ?

Does the first charge of new battery need to be done in the aircraft? I can I simply put them on the charge brick?

Did they steal the system or just the aircraft?

Last week a received my dji wide angle lens. I had no problem in my test run on the M3. It does add weight to the nose and shifts the CG forward a bit. I am wondering if it will stress the gimble motors over time.

The M3 is a great flying camera. Unfortunately that is all it will do... No other enterprise functionality...I was not aware of this...my bad. It should be advertised as a dedicated photography drone. Professional photographers should find it useful. But there are other drones which will...
