If anyone ever bounces on this thread, the cause for this was one of the connections bent sideways, if you have disconnected stuff numerous times have a look at the connectors to see if they all align.

I have seen somewhere that that chip is a wifi and ocusync transceiver, which kind of would explain why it has two antennas going in... im pretty lost cause it would be a shame to be buying a new core chip...
