You misread the post, he said he went to fly with the old DJI app, not that he used the DJI Fly app, its ok I did that as well

Remember that the older apps were built for 32bit systems, a lot of newer phones are now running 64bit system and as such newer devices dont work or will run and crash out mid use, i have a samsung s7 which runs both GO and GO4 on my mavic pro and P3A etc without issues, yet i cant get my ipad...

Are you following the pictures on the screen, you have to position the quad such as upside down, on its side, on its back etc from memroy

I have always preferred Litchi for waypoints as it allows planning on a PC, depends of course if your drone is supported

From what i have read its something about your phone not having the ability to use either 2.4 or 5.8ghz for wifi ( not sure which one) the drone uses one or the other to make the connection hence it doesnt work

From what i know, you have to select one person, but then if multiple people are in frame the tracking gets confused and quits, i saw a guy try a Rocket with multiple people and as it flew back it went askew and crashed

Yes they have in the UK, i tested my Mini 4 at the airport, no i didnt fly i just started the motors

Perhaps its because the FPV burns through its batteries maybe

After a chat with DJI support they have requested i send it in for repair, its still under warranty so hopefully they can sort it for free. i'll update this thread once i know more

Well here is an updated video, the older firmware 0700 still has the issue with the downward sensor showing height but the auto landing now does not occur, ive opened a return case with DJI, seems something just isnt right. FYI there is no issue with the sensors, they are clean and have no dirt...

Watch the video below, first notice the red writing that shows a height, then when i press the down stick the quad doesn't come down instead it initiates landing mode, and when its coming down it does so at 0.04MPH all the time you can see the quad image that only appears when you are a few feet...

Its been released and Litchi have already added it to their list of quads
