I do same as above, use my phone as a hotspot and ipad connects. I didn't buy the cellular version because my cellphone company charges $10.00 a month for an added device. -

Gotcha! Thanks for the lesson! I still think the braided line will work better though. -

What the heck is fish tape? Dragonfly recommended using 50 lb. braided fishing line, which has a very small diameter. The braid will not blow around and cause drag like that tape you are using. -

Mavic in law enforcement!
I am in Law Enforcement and we have a Mavic. The Mavic is used as a practice drone and other applications. We have an Inspire with a flir camera for search and rescue. -

I don't think there is an advantage at this point. In the future there may be an advantage though. It is my hope that the FAA will grant 107 lic. holders more freedom.- Five-O
