Been flying for more than 2 years (from landing pad) with leg extenders and have never had a problem. Do you have the extenders pushed all the way on? They might be a bit long if not fully pushed onto the existing leg(s). Just a thought.

I have the exact same feeling. I've been flying for 2 years w/o any crashes, but still get the feeling in the pit of my stomach when I look up. I usually fly in the woods near waterfalls, so I don't fly it that high normally. But I'm practicing in my driveway and have gotten as high as 250' and...

I haven't flown there but I find it hard to believe somebody can limit your flying unless you live there. Go fly, what's the worse they can do, tell you to stop?
