You need a charger that supports 12 volts at 2 amps. I got this one, and it provides the same 24 watts as the DJI charger (I measured that), and the SC indicates rapid charging.

Thanks, I did try DJI Assistant 2, and that only supports firmware updates, not individual apps. So if that is only approved way, that says wait for next firmware (which makes sense since as you point out it is a special version of DJI GO 4, not the ones on the Android or Apple app stores.

Those SunnyLife / Fstop Labs car chargers are rated at 17.6 volts @ 2 amps. The DJI car charger is rated at 17.6 volts @ 4.54 amps. The DJI wall charger is rated at 17.6 volts @ 3.41 amps. So with less than 60% the power of the DJI wall charger, there is no way the SunnyLife / Fstop will charge...
