Hi Charles, It doesn't look windy in the video so the only thing I can think of is the gimbal may be loose. Are the two front feet under the retaining tabs and the back rear retaining bracket not broken?

Hangar just released version 4.1 which hopefully fixes this issue. I hope to give it a try tomorrow afternoon. I'll post my findings tomorrow night. Gary

Not sure if this will help but I just dowloaded a free iOS app called DG Player - Smooth 4K HD Video Player from iTunes store. Haven't had a chance to try it out but it seems promising.
