Update: I got a response from PolarPro Support. They asked me to test the other filters as I did in this second video. After they saw that, they are sending me another set of filters. I'll keep everyone updated on the status. GizaDog -

I returned it to DJI repair the same day I got it. I had to keep calling / emailing the support center to get them to rush it out. I think it took a week or like 10 days. -
