A2s does work with the Smart Controller. Disappointment averted? Mine sure was. But if it didn’t, adding (future, at this point) support for the Goggles is sufficient compensation. Having both (in the future) will be an unexpected boon.

To be clear: yes, they are compatible (and not yes, someone knows :) ).

Fits fine in my MC-cases compact case. Only thing is the new ND filters are much larger than the old ones, so the slot for them is far too small for the new ones. Everything else fits fine.

I don't know about that, but the smart controller definitely pairs with and operates my A2s... I only took it off in my office to confirm that after pairing, but it works. Had to upgrade the firmware on the SC to get the A2s listed, and I had to upgrade the firmware on my A2s with the regular...

OK, ordered my upgrade! Was not expecting both SC and Goggles to work... that is a very pleasant surprise.

If it can actually do both OS 2 & 3, that might be enough for me to upgrade from my MA2. being able to use both SmartController andGoggles would be a nice upgrade. not optimistic of that though.

Looks like the same controller from there outside. No details on this box except same batteries. I’m hoping for Goggles V2 support and Smart Controller support, but that would suggest both OccuSync 2&3 support, and it seems more likely to be one or the other.

Done. Shipping it back for repair. Hopefully this is where Refresh pays off.

The main problem with the gimbal being off is all the quickshots don't quite work properly. They are all "misaligned" because the Air 2 thinks it's sooting straight ahead, but it's not. Secondarily, manual video is hard because you're not really moving the drone as you expect when you want to...

When I power up my air 2, the gimbal sits quite a bit left of center (see video). I’ve tried gimbal calibration, which shows that they gimbal does have full range of motion, it just thinks this off kilter position is “correct”. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi, new Air 2 owner here. Took it out for a first fly this weekend, and I noticed that my gimbal rotates about 20 degrees or so to the "left" when turned on (see picture below). I believe it was normal when I started but somehow got "locked" into this position during one of the first flights...
