Me too… Every time I turn on the MP2PRO (e.g. Battery Swap) - the SC will ask me to press the “link” button on the MP2PRO. What an added waste of time !

I took a different approach by flagging the power source (cell) ?.

Although I am able to upload the latest firmware to my Mavic 2 (from MacBook / macOS - Big Sur), I get an Error (Retry) when it comes to exporting Flight Data (Log Export). Any suggestions or fixes...or is this (see screen shot) a DJI Software Bug (which still appears to be unresolved) ?

I use the “Thumb” technique. I ended up making a set of custom field “low profile” control sticks on a CNC mill to easily toss the SC in my back pack without the need to place a lid cover or unscrew the OEM version...

DG vs WG-J is a good question. I own and use both. At the end of the day ~ I prefer WG-J because the template fit (wrap) cutouts are well done. More so - the decal film material / color depth are better than DG.

I doubt if this reply will directly reach the desk of DJI ~ and I realize the stats (perhaps) do not indicate a major design flaw or trend, but I have noticed the chassis of my M2P (relative to the mid-section of the battery compartment) does not firmly “snap & lock” like before with the clip...
