I've used Decal Girl to skin my drone and have had excellent results. You should try doing that and if you don't like it after a while you can easily remove them and change it out for something else. Here's the link to them...

Thanks @MS Coast glad to hear it worked great for you. I tried CineSticks but found them to be a bit too restrictive and had issues with having to recalibrate my controller all the time so I decided to come up with a solution myself.
