I use a standard controller with a iphone 6max, and at times with a second controller as a buddy wired to a ipad for my wife sitting in a air conditioned car..lol

Yes, she has all the working operation of a controller, again my controller will take precedence....but if i'm not watching, yes she can crash it all on her own

Not sure...my wife stays in the car in the shade with a iPad pro connected to the controller via a usb cable and that works for us..my controller will always override hers...just in case

I fly and keep my eye on the drone and my wife adjusts and take the pictures..

My $24 case from harbor Freight..had it for a year and still going strong, props are well below any stress
