Mine still saying CLEARANCE EVENT every morning. Received an email from DHL China this am , telling me I didnt provide my SS number and W2.. I wont give that to ANYONE! Let it be stuck at customs forever! I will be either requesting refund or disputing the charge once I get my credit card...

Seems like the tracking info is not showing anything about being held at customs ! They all will be held until DJI resolves this issue. If I do t get mine by the credit card statement arrives I’ll either get a refund or dispute the charge and let DJI deal with my bank for taking my money and...

Here it goes... As per DHL just now! the ETA will be updated once the package arrive at the service center 1-5 days to complete so I wasted a day off today from work? I apologize Marc, unfortunately, there's no guarantee for a delivery today as the package haven't been released from customs

DJI has NO control at all! But they did tell me that DHL will be reaching out to me and I need to fill out the forms to have it released! Never happen! Ill let it sit at customs till my CC statement comes and get a refund and call it a day. SIMPLE

I actually spoke to DJI yesterday and they did in fact tell me that DJI will be contacting me and I had to fill out the customs clearance forms. I did reach out to DHL they confirmed that I needed to fill out the form and upload to DHL , this was not a spam email !
