Thanks for catching that, yes I did mean the birds are unable to come at you from below. I do wildlife photography with a DSLR on the side, I have photographed many a birds of prey attacking from above and none from below.

I often sit in my vehicle while flying my drone, to reduce the sunlight and glare so I can see my screen better. I still have a visual line of sight through the windshield. But if someone was looking for who is operating the drone, they may not see me sitting in my vehicle.

Based on the ropes, it looks like the balloons are all still tied to the ground and are not flying. So if the drone hit a balloon, the passenger basket would not be falling to the ground.
