It depends on which drone you have. My "old" Mavic Platinum will continue the mission when the signal is lost in Litchi, but will NOT do it with my Air 2S. It was DJI that took the capability away, not Litchi. I've tested both drones a couple of months ago using Litchi.

After the upgrade to my Pixel XL (version 1) the app instantly crashed on startup. After uninstalling/reinstalling DJI Go 4 it seems to work fine. The flight records are working, but I haven't tried flying it yet

I can confirm that the latest version of DJI Go 4 runs on a Pixel XL (version 1) running Android P now, BUT Litchi still crashes on start.

I go to the guys who were given their drones by DJI to get an early-ish look at a new drone and the features that might not have been fully shown by DJI during their release. I go to the guys who bought their drones to get an idea of how the features really work and get a more objective review...
