Well this jackwagon told the cops I was spying on him and his family. Said that he has two young daughters and I was trying to get a look at them though the windows from an altitude of 100 feet i flew over. The cops told me that under 500 feet altitude is trespassing. Some paranoia on his part.
If it was me I would sue them in my local small claims court. They would be required to show up or lose. Chances are they will either settle out of court or not show up.
If you they have a 100 policies at $60 that's $6000 per year and if there is two claims in that year they pay out $2000. They still make $4000. Insurance is a number game.
I went with the cellular model since it has a GPS receiver and the wifi model does not. My understanding is the Mavic will use the GPS receiver. I don't believe you have to have cellular service to use the GPS receiver. I personally did hook it up to my T-Mobile account.
