Okay you sold me. Found some on amazon for $299. They are waiting at a fed ex store near my house. I'm pretty pumped to give them a try. To my understanding I'll need to update the firmware so they work with the Mavic air. I hope it's easier than updating firmware on the p3.

The best deal I can find for new is $299 at the DJI store. Where did you see them foelr $200? I won't buy again directly from DJI, when I bought my p3 from them over 2 years ago they took way too long to ship it and wouldn't keep me updated.

Yes, legs and antennas pointed correctly. I did change neighborhoods and was able to fly a little farther. But I still was only Maybe 1500 feet out at 400 feet and I lose connection. Same #1 neighborhood flying with my p3 pro I was able to go 4 x the distance. Hmmmm.

I see those moverios are quite a bit more than the dji goggles. How is the quality compared? Haven't seen your goggles, but the DJI goggles look like a cross between A welding helmet and a halo helmet. Kind of ridiculous.

Hey I have a new Mavic air, about 2 weeks. Zero crashes, so I'm wondering why my screen is going Grey and freezing when I'm up about 150 feet and out only 100 feet. I was in a neighborhood of houses, not sure if there was some interference. Not really happy with this drone right now.
