Where do you see it’s not OEM?

This is DJI's site - so I assume that they are taking batteries that were returned and replacing whatever components are bad and selling as used. For $5 more I'd buy the new one!

You should be inspecting the props before every flight. Look for nicks or chips on every surface or edge and if found, replace.

The FAA regulations is ALWAYS 400' AGL - not fro, where you launch, but from where the drone is currently located. The only exceptions to that are when you are within 400' of a structure, then you can fly 400' above the structure and when you are in restricted airspace where you need to stay...

I've owned my Air 2 for 6 weeks. First drone. I've made about 10 flights while becoming comfortable flying it. While looking for places to fly and also working from home I studied for the 107 test - and passed. So now that I'm a certified drone pilot - need to learn how to become proficient!
