And another. This is bad news. Maybe something broke in the new firmware? I would have noticed this before now. It's almost like it's on auto WB (it's not) but not entirely. It's more like the red channel is being desaturated.
Again, confirming WB was 5600 the whole time:
[iso: 100]...
Found something else that is probably related. Here are two frames alternating back and forth. Uggh!
This is full manual settings confirmed from the SRT.
[iso: 100] [shutter: 1/50.0] [fnum: 4.0] [ev: -1.7] [ct: 5600] [color_md : default] [focal_len: 24.00] [latitude: 33.xxxxx] [longitude...
One important thing to note is that features of professional tools will never incur a linear cost increase. Mostly because they will not sell in volume like their consumer variants and professionals have limited options.
The Cine only appeals to a small fraction of the target user base that are...
No worries. You're being helpful. Hyperlapse flicker is worthy of its own thread.
I've now seen footage from 4 Cines the do the same thing. It's infrequent which is probably why we're not hearing more complaints.
It looks like it might be just limited to the Cine but I have heard from other...

Friends don't let friends shoot in auto exposure. Night time is all about getting as much light as possible especially on a small sensor. Here are some tips:
24fps. It's better than 30fps day or night but especially at night because you get a slightly longer exposure for the same shutter angle...
Flicker is a common issue in hyperlapse but it is perfectly normal and unrelated to the issue I have reported. The reason this happens in hyperlapse is simply that the light changes between exposures. If you look at hyperlapse workflows, you'll see there are workarounds to mitigate the impact.
Anything below 3.5V under load is playing with fire. It ages the battery quickly and once you've done it enough times, your battery's voltage will sag when you don't expect it.
Percentages are tricky as they may not represent what's actually happening with the battery. But since the Mavic 3 doesn't give you voltage, I would say 10% is very low and will shorten the overall life of the battery if you hit 10% regularly. It is better to land, swap in a new battery than to...
