Good luck with DJI support they are absolutely horrible to deal with. My Mavic 2 pro overheated on its maiden flight, fell from 15 ft on the 28th of August and it’s still being investigated. I assume they are trying to find a reason to try and blame me for their product failure.

Yes it gave an alert on the app you can see it in the images.

well i got my mavic pro2 it flew for approximately 15 minutes and then fell from the sky due to an overheated processor chip. :(

I ordered during the event as well with DJI select and I still haven’t received a shipping notification, still shows payment success. :( Hopefully I will get the good news with a shipping date tomorrow.

Howdy from Chicago, well, I’m actually in the burbs. I’ve been waiting for a while to make my Mavic purchase and I just ordered up a Mavic 2 pro earlier today. I can’t wait to get it in the air to see what it can really do! I wonder how long it will take to ship, my order still shows payment...
