Update: Got my Mavic back today after refusing to pay 405.00 after the discount ..i charge it up and it wont fly ..I get a foot off the ground and it looses GPS control My drone had no issues flying it only had a camera/gimbal issue ...also they kept my gimbal clamp that was with the drone...

Thank you for your response First of all I connected with DJI through there official website so I’m not aware of they would send it over to a 3rd party for repair also I spoke with a dji rep for an hour trying to explain that My drone has never been crashed in any way And I don’t understand...
