LiPo longevity depends on keeping them stored in a cool dry place at approximately 30 to 70% charged. They do not like being stored nearly depleted or at full charge, hence the battery firmware will discharge them after sitting charged for a few days. At 115.00 a pop, I recommend you follow the...
You can set the Resolve Render settings to crunch down your videos too...Handbrake (free version is fine) just has presets for various phone and tablet screen resolutions. Either way you can get what you want.
In the end, upload the best quality video resolution you can to YouTube, cuz they...
If you are talking about uploading to YouTube, I believe you can upload files way larger than 1.28GB. It would take a while, but you can. Upload videos at the highest resolution you have available so the quality stays high after YT does their compression.
If you are just talking about sharing...

Are you saying that you edit your videos on the ipad mini as well??? Or just use it to fly? If you are using a computer to edit then the storage on the ipad isnt really so relevant because your files get saved to the drones SD card. I tried to go back and see what drone you are referring to but...
It just dawned on me that perhaps the free edition of Resolve doesnt offer hardware GPU encoding, so in that case , rendering would be much slower...I am not sure however, if it would be on the order of 24 hours.
Can someone else give us some render times in Resolve16 free edition???
My last comment about this, just as an FYI...I just did an experiment and rendered 2 videos...both using H.265...and here are the render times:
33 minute video 4k24fps rendered in 10 minutes 58 seconds
36 minute video 4k60fps renderd in 14 minutes 17 seconds
My PC specs are similar to yours...
You're welcome...its a good idea to quickly go thru the settings as a pre-flight checklist, especially after an app update or firmware update. I have also found that its relatively easy for a finger to accidentally drag a slider or click a setting as you are perusing the options.
Happy flying!
