Just start a support ticket with DJI. They will have you try something and probably tell you to return it for a replacement. I have returned two already.
After making the claim, any issue in continuing the coverage on the new Mavic? I assume at some point they would refuse coverage after multiple claims or raise the premium significantly.
Coincidentally or not, I got notification on the day I posted this message that my new controller was shipped. They replaced it under warranty. 6 days later I received it and all is working again.
My remote controller broke. The USB port on the side got mangled and can no longer charge. So I went through the return process and sent it on July 5. They received on July 12 and verified on July 13 according to their website. This is in the US and I sent it from the east to west coast. It is...
I use android and it this happens almost every flight. No big deal. Just restart the app. The app is not controlling your flight, the controller is. You don't even need the app to fly it.
Same happened to me. I had three batteries on the charger. When I came back (days later). One was fully charged. The other two are completely dead. No lights and nothing happens when you put it on the charger with or without the hub.
I broke my micro USB port as well. It looks like when I plugged in the charging cable it just mangled the port, breaking the plastic piece that has the pins. Would this be covered under warranty or does anyone know the replacement part?

Those restrictions would make it impossible to ever fly legally in my state. You cannot ever be 9km clear of an airport or helipad. The more restrictive the rules become only increase the number of illegal flights, but will not actually the stop the flights. I honestly think the law should be...
