My remote controller broke. The USB port on the side got mangled and can no longer charge. So I went through the return process and sent it on July 5. They received on July 12 and verified on July 13 according to their website. This is in the US and I sent it from the east to west coast. It is now August 9 and still no communication from them about a repair cost estimate. I did a chat with them two weeks ago and they put in a note to send an invoice but still nothing. Does anyone have experience with a remote controller repair? I have refresh but am not sure this covers it nor would I waste it on the controller.
