Apparently aside from the bundled Smart Controllers there are very limited amount of Sc's around; I got one after 2 months of waiting and the seller told he had over 44 orders to fill and got 2 from DJI. (about a month ago)

Americans are very lucky to be able to fly drones as a hobbyist; here in Belgium without a license you can fly up to 10m high and only over private property with consent of the owner. Flying in public areas is completely off limits! And if you want a license be prepared to pay up to 2500 Euros...
