Here's one example of the type of "faux aerial" shot accessible with smartphone camera, taken from a road side pull off in a national park. (Granted, this ain't the same as aerial videography!). :)

I definitely would have flown my drone out at Fagradalsfjall, had we gone out there and conditions permitted, but alas, they did not in our two days in the area. In fact, I read an official website that explicitly stated drones are permitted. But talk about conditions needing to come together...
