The app will not account for wind. Should you fly out with the wind and return aginst the wind you may not make it back to home point. You must take the wind direction into account.
right from the manual it states you need at least a 65w PD charger but recommends a 100w PD charger. your phone charger is NOT going to work in the Air 3.

I added mine to my FAA account so yes it has Remote ID. You can no longer add an aircraft without it or renew your license without it. You can renew if you have an addon module also.
I see a black border on the RC PRO but think the actual viewable screen is the same but could tell better if turned on. With that i am done on this discussion.

The support ppl usually read from information in a data base. I was quoting directly from the user manual. It all depends on what source you check with. I am inclined to trust what is in the manual.
