According to dji the mavic mini 1 frame prop guard should not be used on the mini2 since the motors on the mavic mini and mini 2 don't line up exactly with each other. That why dji have made a frame guard which specifically fits the mini 2.

Why wouldn't anyone use the prop holder DJI specifically designed for their mini2? Afterall, shouldn't the drone manufacturer know what is best for the drone they designed? It comes included in the Mini2 FMC but is it also included when the Mini2 is purchased without the FMC?

Is the prop holder fastener included with the basic Mini 2 or is it an item that's only included with the FMC?

I don't think the MM and M2 batteries are interchangeable .

As of today, Costco is only stocking the original Mavic Mini, NOT the Mini2

Possibly DJI will also be upgrading features of MA2. For those wondering why would DJI include some popular features of the MAir2 into the new Mini2 fearing it would erode Air2 sales, maybe DJI is already planning to include newer advanced features into the Air3 that would entice people to buy...
