Finally, controls appeared on the page for Start Date and End Date. I didn't do anything different .... except maybe clicked on the "circle" option instead of "polygon" And I did get into a chat with DJI support. (Possibly they reset the server? I rather doubt that.)

The DJI unlocking website requires altitude and time range ... but entering time range is impossible. Anyone ever seen this before? Looks like the site is broken. I've tried two different desktop web browsers. Sent email to support at DJI.
