I would think that is impossible for many reasons. Not that I actually know anything but I would assume there is a lot more too it like differences in the software for sure, adapter plate would throw off gimbal balance etc.

Seems like there is only one very simple way to use it. I can’t imagine what I would have done to stress it incorrectly. Maybe there is variability in the manufacturing and some are weaker than others.

I had that one and within a couple of flights the ears that clip in behind the gimbal broke off.

UAV Forecast! Thanks guys-what a great tool. I’m in the field right this minute ready to launch to shoot a building downtown for a client. At ground level looks a touch gusty but not bad. Weather app says 12mph. Meter says gusts to 16. But It’s hard to tell what is happening at shooting height...

So whether it’s health care or car mechanics or whatever, I believe in only making one change at a time so I know what actually works. In my case I was using the current software and the USB port and an iPhone. I’m going to change my cable and fly again this weekend. Is that a logical next move?

That is not my issue as I was using an iPhone and I was using the USB port and I had the current software. I’m new at this and it flipped me out when it happened.
