And what will dji say once the gimble warranty has timed out . I can understand why a cover/lock that don’t stress anything is wanted by many peeps

Yep. Thats why I like the gimbal lock that stresses the gimbal the least. Sunnylife wins in my book. I even like the name.

Been using thePP gimbal lock for over 6 months. Love it. No problems with bird or any camera function. No signs of wear. I fly 3-4x/week.

I had that one and within a couple of flights the ears that clip in behind the gimbal broke off.

Me too. Went back to the OEM.
