I’ve owned drones since 2016 and yes I fly them, in that I normally rarely use the various quickshot offers or even RTH. No, I’ve never ever used waypoints so wouldn’t be aware of problems with them.
It's only got a single camera. You get nothing but a "digitally zoomed" crop when you zoom in the app. RAW gives you the whole sensor, even if the embedded preview might be cropped as requested.
I.e. crop again in LR.
Question is why do you think having a 360° camera would prevent it from doing FPV?
It's probably in FPV-style flying that a 360° camera is most useful.
