Mavic 3 Classic will no longer pair with RC remote. Went out to fly two days ago and drone would not pair with remote. Went through all the pairing routines. Even used Assistant 2 for updating the remote and drone. Still no luck. Reset the remote to factory settings and updated again. Still no...

Is there a firmware update to make the original Mavic Pro RID compliant? I can't seem to find this info.

Where in Louisiana are you located? I'm in Ragley just north of Lake Charles. My brother and I fly at least once a week. We are not 107 cert., however.

It took me a while to get comfortable flying. You'll never crash if you don't fly but why have the drone if you don't fly?

And check your props.

I don't fly at night at my local civic center for the same reason. At night it becomes a gathering place for loud "music" fans, thugs, and cruising carloads of dope-smoking idiots.
