How do i download orginal video footage from my mavic pro to ipad pro

Help needed!! I need to know how to tranfer the video from my mavic pro to my ipad pro. I see a plug in to the mavic can i use it and my ios cable slash droid cable to transfer to my ipad. Any insight would help thanks

I have the mavic pro and wanting to purchase a ipad 4 mini. The problem is ive seen threads saying rth doesnt work because of no gps. Does that mean when you take off your home location will not be locked in. Any insight would be appreciated. I fly with my iphone 7 just wanting bigger screen. Thanks
