    I've used Maven Pilot extensively and works well for this type of mission. It's something like $20 on the app store, but no ongoing subscription or fees needed.

    This is only true for specific operations utilizing a category 1-4 drone which the Air 2S and Mavic 3 aren't. See my other reply on this.

    My understanding is that flying over people, even transitioning, is only permitted under the rules for categorized drones, which the Mavic 3 pro and Air 2s aren't. Am I missing something? Of course you can fly over stationary cars and people in buildings but not people outside or in moving...
