Just the fact that the “entitled” property owner is a pharmaceutical company executive pretty much says it all. “His” airspace should be trespassed by a cruise missile or predator drone. -

More details here- interesting how the land owner tried to keep public lands to himself. There’s also interesting information about the unlawful enclosures act that prevents a land owner from fencing off public lands...

My favorite online lawyer has been covering this for years and it's so complicated that I can't even begin to understand the various twists and turns. Let's just hope if there is some sort of SCOTUS ruling, it is narrow enough that it does not...
