I had a friend who started doing that after 9 months of flying perfectly. Dji refused warranty due to sone dents on the device that had nothing to do with that. Worst service ever!
I had my Mavic stored in the box since last saturday, when i last used it. I was going to pick it up today and to astonishment, the back of the gimbal, where the clamp attaches is broken!

I tested mine this afternoon and i was surpised how sensitive it is to the wind.
It was a breeze with small gusts. And the drone was vigorously fighting against it.

The audio recording is cool and useful.
I just think they should increase those predicted working days. They fail most of them, failing costumer expectations.
Another thing that bugged me was the chat support. They are just there talking and never actually solving problems. Many times they actually lied to me.
