I had a friend who started doing that after 9 months of flying perfectly. Dji refused warranty due to sone dents on the device that had nothing to do with that. Worst service ever!

I am from Portugal, my experience is with DJI NL. Maybe DJI grew too fast.

That's good to know. But DJI support is a nightmare. They take too long to send the replacement.

I had my Mavic stored in the box since last saturday, when i last used it. I was going to pick it up today and to astonishment, the back of the gimbal, where the clamp attaches is broken! I can such a crucial part brake like this?!

It's 20ft = 6meters. I'm anxiously waiting for the next weekend to give the bird a fly. Concerning the magnetic interference, my iMac still interferes with it (inside of course).

I tested mine this afternoon and i was surpised how sensitive it is to the wind. It was a breeze with small gusts. And the drone was vigorously fighting against it. Never seen the drone like that. The audio recording is cool and useful.

I just think they should increase those predicted working days. They fail most of them, failing costumer expectations. Another thing that bugged me was the chat support. They are just there talking and never actually solving problems. Many times they actually lied to me. I found that...

When i received my mavic, they shipped it without the new propellers and gimbal clamp. They took more than a week to send me these parts!

I had the same problem. Mine took a whole month for a simple "repair". It was frustrating.

Finally. Ordered from Online Apple Store Portugal on Nov 3rd. Shipped today.

I confirm. In Portuguese store is also unavailable :o

I'm getting so frustrated. Called Apple yesterday, they have no clue of the shipping status.
