What is the point of caching? Why would you want it?

Hi. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 with the DJI GO 4 app. Everytime I record something, videos and images are automatically saved to my gallery. Any idea how to prevent this from happening?

Hi Bought a brand new Mavic pro. Have seen some unboxings where it has yellow tape and such on out of box. Mine just has a couple of invisible tapes. Is this normal? Bought EU version
