I don't know how but I got it today, ordered on April 26, and shipped from the Netherlands.

Crete is easy to fly, Greeks are not strict with drones. Go visit and don't stress yourself out with overthinking. HCAA can always help you with flight requests.

Firstly, I got the permissions directly from HCAA and then in Santorini and Corfu Old Town I had to call the airport towers. Never had any problems or declined flights.
