thats a relief im just worried they're going to try to find a reason to blame it on me, considering all the horror stories im reading about their customer service.
Sorry im a noob when it comes to this. So is it my pilot error because i was throttling the descend too fast which caused it to fall out of the sky? or was it an issue with the ac itself.
is it this one? Now that you mention it when the drone hit the floor only the front left arm came loose from the shell, all propellers were still intact prior to the crash but the front left one snapped in half possibly from the drone taking the fall face first
@DagDerniT thats the thing it wasn't as if it was loose upon take off it was flying fine for 8 minutes before the crash. Is there anything I could even say to dispute it if they do deny that claim?
thats the thing it was flying fine and then out of no where when i was trying to bring it back it just dropped out of the sky any idea what would cause a blocked motor message cause when it fell there wasnt anyhting there
Just wondering what my chances are of getting it warrantied free from dji's standard warranty since i figured this is most likely what they will be looking at to decide whether its a pilot or aircraft error
No I was at a small park truth be told kinda sucks i was about to purchase dji care refresh but just past the deadline by 3 hours and then I fatally crash my mavic air 2 but it was a relatively flat area
My mavic air 2 Was coming back and it just fell out of the sky, this is what I got from logs I didn't hit anything. Would I be covered under standard warranty because i've only had it for 3 days and i dont have dji care refresh
Im contemplating on purchasing ND filters for the MM but im confused as some sets have ND and ND/PL ranging from 4-32 Are they still useful now that we have manual control over settings on the dji fly app?
