I ordered them on December 23, 2020 directly from Master Airscrew. They were shipped December 29 and delivered January 3. The sound frequency is definitely lower. Less irritating; to me anyway. Best, Math

I emailed Master Airscrew on January 13 at 11:46 AM. Sebastian replied the next day at 1:10 PM, acknowledged the problem, apologized for it, and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I asked to have them replaced. I’m satisfied with the company. Stuff happens and they’re fixing it. Jim
