At top of hill on Hosp Way there is a grove of Eucalyptus trees and walking trails. You can launch from the north most edge of the park and get some wonderful views.

I have a smart controller and mine does this when I switch between video and photo mode. Video shows full screen and photo leaves black borders on the left and right.

I have been flying my MA2 every evening and where I live it is routinely near 100° when the sun goes down. So far none of my batteries experienced a problem. Although I’m concerned about the heat, it does not seem to of caused any issues.

Double power button press? My smart controller doesn't seem to require that ... instead press and hold the power button to turn off.

Thank you Chris. It sounds like I have inadvertently selected AF single ... so it's in focus when on the ground but after take off it doesn't adjust. I'll check that out! So helpful ... I really appreciate your help. Best regards, Bruce

Images appear in focus while on the ground but immediately after takeoff they go out of focus. Auto focus is selected on takeoff. Can solve by selecting manual focus, set the distance to infinity, then return setting to auto focus. Will remain in focus for the duration of the flight. This...

I have Had similar issues, but seem to have resolved them by always powering up the drone first, and waiting at least 15 to 30 seconds before I power up the controller.

I had a similar issue. Try turning on the drone first and waiting about 30 to 60 seconds before you turn on your controller. I always power them in this sequence, and that has resolved the problem.

I do exactly the opposite. ? Turn on the drone first and make sure that it completes its full start up process before I turn on the smart controller. I had the same issue until I changed my start up process to drone first. After that all has been fine.

sorry for dumb question ... how do you download new apps to Smart Conroller? I live in a MacOS and iOS world so have no experience with Android based devices. I didn't see Google Play on there as an option out of the box.
