Albert, many Thanks for your reply. I solved the problem, my SD card wasn't fast enough, it was an old one from my go pro so I updated it to one of the recomended ones from the DJI website and everything now works well. Thanks for your answer though.

Welcome! As others have said watch as many You Tube videos as possible. Check you have a phone which is compatiable with it (64gb) - check DJI website for compatiable phones and also ensure you have an SD card already or if not order one, again, all compatiable SD Cards are on the DJI website...

Please check the DJI website for recommended cards. My card didn't work either so bought a faster one and no problem since. Just take a recommended card. Good luck. Hope that works.
