I just got my new Mavic Air all set up and I noticed it will not let me switch to 5.8 ghz under auto or manual on the WiFi. I have tried every. I’m using a 1phone x and I’m located in the US. Could someone please help me. Thanks.

This is why I bought the DJI care refresh so I’m cover for 12 months. The factory warranty on the gimbal is 6 months but the care extends that to 12.

Are you using the bottom usb or the using the side to connect your phone. On my Mavic Pro it got to where it wouldn’t let me use the side port I now have to use the the bottom USB port of my phone cable. Haven’t had trouble out of my Mavic 2 zoom yet.

Yes there were unfolded and facing the drone. When it lost signal I was facing the building and it was out to my right over the apartment complex with a school to its right and a gas station to its left. When I was out in front of me a mile away it was all open farm land.

I saw a YouTube video where a guy reached out to DJI and he got a response with them saying the they are gonna add it. So I guess we shall see.

Has anyone else had trouble with the side sensors not working. I was in tripod mode which is one of the modes that the sensors are supposed to work in and they would not detect.

So your saying yes this should be a concern for all Mavic 2 owners or yes that it was a isolated incident?
