I just got my new Mavic Air all set up and I noticed it will not let me switch to 5.8 ghz under auto or manual on the WiFi. I have tried every. I’m using a 1phone x and I’m located in the US. Could someone please help me. Thanks.
I’m not saying to smack it into a tree doing 44 mph. I’m talking about minor stuff like a few feet off the ground. They video shows it still flying tho and we do t know if that was prices of the drone or the tree bark.

Are you using the bottom usb or the using the side to connect your phone. On my Mavic Pro it got to where it wouldn’t let me use the side port I now have to use the the bottom USB port of my phone cable. Haven’t had trouble out of my Mavic 2 zoom yet.
Yes there were unfolded and facing the drone. When it lost signal I was facing the building and it was out to my right over the apartment complex with a school to its right and a gas station to its left. When I was out in front of me a mile away it was all open farm land.

Has anyone else had trouble with the side sensors not working. I was in tripod mode which is one of the modes that the sensors are supposed to work in and they would not detect.
