I'll find something else. They not only shipped to Select customers, they shipped to others as well and not on a first come, first served basis. I have contacted them several times today and I feel like they could care less. I don't want their product and I won't support them as a customer.

I wouldn't buy from DJI direct. They appear to be very unprofessional. I have contacted them several times about my order not shipping today and all they can do is make excuses.

It's all about customer service, and so far I'm not at all impressed. Apple and Amazon impress. DJI......not so much.

I ordered mine at 8:33 this morning. Nothing showing as shipped. Not happy.

I ordered mine at 8:33 Mountain Time. Nada from DJI. Called them and they were no help.

Did anyone actually get notification that their order shipped today? I ordered a Pro, but it has not shipped. NOT happy!
