    I use Avast and haven't had any problems. I wouldn't worry about the simulator anyway, it gets boring after 10 minutes and you'll never use it again.

    It runs perfectly for me, I'm using my second Inspire 1 controller though, not tried anything else. Talk on Inspire Pilots is the full version will be $800. I won't be buying at that price or a tenth of that.
