When I try to unlock and answer questions to get permission it will not unlock. Called DJI help desk and was told to delete app and install again. I can then unlock and fly but I have to reset all settings on drone. I am having to do this each time

Need help. Have a Mavic Air drone and I live about 5 miles from small airport.I am having to delete Go4 app each time I fly in order to be authorized to fly in no fly zone. Would using Litchi app allow me to fly. I’m only flying around my house and it’s frustrating to have to install app each time
