Oh, but there is a trajectory. If you’re flying at 40mph and the motor dies, you’re not dropping straight down. I believe the FAA requires that you take your trajectory under consideration when flying near people
Texas has a regulation that allows for images taken for the purpose of mapping. Otherwise you need approval from property owner. I live Texas so that’s what I follow
You do need part 107 certification, that much I do know. Not sure about the photos. In today’s over regulated society I would guess you need permission from realtor and home
I've got a M2P, but the question is general - what's the best size to use for spherical panos? 3:2 or 16:9? Does the drone adjust the shots based on the image size you've selected?
And, does Litchi do a better job at 360 panos or DJI Go 4? (Haven't tried Litchi panos)
Nice. How large was your image? Did you use Photoshop to edit? I find PS extremely difficult with large images. The latest version is just unusable with these large panos.
I believe FB takes 10000x5000. Anyway, the 26 stitched raw files from PTGui will be around 28000x14000. And if you zoom in the details are just amazing. I don't know any sites that will take that size and you can't do edits in PS anyway. Kuula will take about 16000x8000 - not bad.
When I edit the stitched image in PS, PS just cannot handle that huge image. My PC (16GB) just cannot handle it, and I gave PS as much RAM as I could. How did PS handle your image from PTGui? Did you save as jpg or tif from PTGui?
I'm new to drones. Seems like this thread has turned into safety and legality discussion. I see a lot of contradiction in the drone community, like definition of VLOS and answer me this - how do you file a drone in a park in NYC where drones are permitted and NOT fly over people - I don't think...
I found a the Pro 2 on Walmart for $1399 and I pulled the trigger. I saw nothing about "refurb" on the web page or the order details. When I receive the package, will there be something that would identify it as a "refurb" - is there anyway to tell if it is new or a refurb?
